Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University(SMU)Application status check for 2025 admissions.Prospective students who have applied for admission at SMU can track the status of their applicattions.
After submitting your SMU online applications,You will receive an acknowledgement email telling you that thry have recieved your applications and it is being processed.
Track SMU Application status 2025
- Go to https://www.smu.ac.za/
- Enter your student number and pin
- Go to go to the Main Menu Student Centre
- Click on Admissions
- Click on View Academic Application StatuS
SMU selection process for 2025 admissions
- Pre-selections will be done between September and November 2024, using your Grade 11 results and you will be informed about the outcome.
- Final selections will take place in January 2025, after the release of Grade 12/NSC results by the Department of Basic Education and Independent Examinations Board.
- There will be SMS and email notifications and/or telephone calls to applicants.
